## The service

Spenco AI is a personal finance forecasting tool. It parses the bank alert emails you forward and the statements you upload — including by automated AI — and presents projections based on that data. Spenco is not a bank, is not a financial advisor, and does not move money.

## Plans and payment

Transactions, insights & analytics, the basic dashboard, the automated email parser, and limited AI chat make up the Starter plan, free for your first year and a paid annual plan after that, with no usage caps designed to push you into upgrading early. Pro (forecast dashboard, net worth tracker, spending planner, statement upload, group expenses, and unlimited AI chat) is an optional paid upgrade. You are paying for software, not trading away your data.

## No financial advice

Forecasts and insights shown in Spenco are informational only. They are based on patterns in the data you share and are not financial, investment, or tax advice. Decisions you make using Spenco are your own.

## Your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your Spenco account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the emails and statements you share. Only share financial data that belongs to you — do not forward or upload anyone else's.

## Service changes

Spenco is an actively developed product. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. We aim for accuracy and reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Spenco is intended for users aged 18 and over.

## Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email at least 14 days before they take effect.
